COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can spread from person to person. It is caused by the coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) which is a new virus that has been identified as the cause of an outbreak that began in China in 2002. The disease is called COVID-19 and it can lead to severe illness, including pneumonia.

The WHO is monitoring the outbreak and the spread of the virus. They have issued guidelines for countries that are experiencing an outbreak. If a country experiences more than 50 cases per 100,000 people, they are required to issue a public health warning. If the case count reaches 100 cases or more, the country is required to issue a health emergency. The WHO has also issued guidelines for healthcare workers to follow to prevent the spread of the virus to healthcare workers and other patients.

The CDC has also issued guidelines for how healthcare workers and patients should be treated if they are infected. If a patient is infected with the virus, they should be treated with supportive therapy and their medical condition should be monitored. They should also be asked about their travel history, contact with other people and any symptoms.
